Service Description

Your initial consultation fee for furnishing & decoration includes a 1 hour face-to-face session with a qualified and experienced designer. THE CONSULTATION During your furnishing & decoration consultation, we'll get to know you and discuss your needs and wants for the property in detail, including your stylistic preferences, lifestyle, special requirements, ideal timeframe, and budget. We will also take photos of the existing space(s) and advise on the best approach to achieve your goals. PREPARING FOR YOUR CONSULTATION The more information that you can provide about your project and goals the better. This may include: - Floor plans of the existing property if available. - Any images or photos of your preferred style. - A good idea of your goals and intentions for the project SELECTIONS Our studio team, which includes interior design specialists, will work behind the scenes to create a personalised schedule of the selections made for each nominated area with prices, including a floor plan with furniture placement as well as a mood board of the curated products & materials. Where needed, we will source sample materials. All items can be purchased directly through Ortenburg Interior Design. *Ortenburg Interior Designs offers furnishings for purchase only. This service is aimed towards permanent property upgrades, including holiday rentals (i.e. Airbnb). * Travel expenses will apply to property visits beyond 1 hours' drive from Nelson Bay.
