Service Description

Your initial consultation fee includes face-to-face session of up to 1.5 hours with our qualified and experienced designer. THE CONSULTATION During your consultation, we'll get to know you and discuss your project in detail, including your stylistic preferences, lifestyle, special requirements, ideal timeframe, and budget. We will also take photos of the existing property and advise on the best approach to achieve your goals, while offering practical suggestions & solutions to get started. PREPARING FOR YOUR CONSULTATION The more information that you can provide about your project and goals the better. This may include: - Floor plans of the existing property if available. - Any images or photos of your preferred style. - A good idea of your goals and intentions for the project. THE SCOPE OF WORKS* After the initial consultation, our studio team, which includes interior and architectural designers, will work together behind the scenes to create a personalised Scope of Works for your project based on the brief you provide during our consultation. This document includes a summary of the overall approach along with an itemised description of all the services we would provide for each aspect of the project. If required, we will conduct preliminary research on the property, including identifying site limitations, assessing project feasibility, and any council requirements. *Your personalised Scope of Works is billed at a separate hourly rate in addition to the consultation fee. * Travel expenses will apply to property visits beyond 1 hours' drive from Nelson Bay.
